Inditex RTM Standard 2.0
Inditex RTM Standard 2.0 — Restricted to Manufacture

The Inditex Restricted to Manufacture (RTM) Standard defines which chemical substances are restricted or completely prohibited in the manufacturing processes used by suppliers across the Inditex Group supply chain — covering Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home.

Unlike the Clear to Wear (CTW) Standard, which focuses on chemical restrictions in finished products, the RTM Standard addresses the substances that may not be used during the production process itself — in dyeing, finishing, printing, and other manufacturing stages. It complements the Green to Wear (GTW) Standard for broader environmental performance.

The RTM Standard aligns with the ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL), which is the industry-wide benchmark for chemical restrictions in textile manufacturing processes. Compliance with the RTM Standard is verified through supplier self-assessment, third-party audits, and laboratory testing via Inditex-approved test houses.
