The Inditex Green to Wear (GTW) Standard establishes environmental performance requirements for manufacturers and suppliers across the Inditex Group’s supply chain. While the Clear to Wear (CTW) Standard focuses on chemical safety in finished products, the GTW Standard addresses the broader environmental footprint of the production process — including wastewater treatment, energy use, waste management, and chemical handling in manufacturing.
The GTW Standard is part of Inditex’s commitment to sustainable supply chain management. It is aligned with international frameworks such as the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero and Sustainable Apparel Coalition Higg Index metrics for environmental performance. Suppliers must demonstrate GTW compliance as part of their qualification to supply Inditex brands.
